Ordered the Custom Ear-molds Impression Kit ($245). Arrived quickly but kit instructions were a bit outdated leading me to think I may have been missing some items. Called the hotline provided and left a message since they were closed. Heard back first thing the next day from Sara. She was very nice and very helpful. Turns out I was missing a pre-paid shipping label which she sent out via email to me within minutes of the call. Other items I thought I was missing were no longer included in the product due to changes, but instructions had not yet been updated to reflect this. Recommend updating instructions to include the new number of silicone containers (just 2, no longer 3), and no “pink mailer� box anymore. Also would be helpful to include the bit about putting the silicone in the fridge for 30 minutes before using and the ability to do one ear mold at a time. Overall very response to the customer though which is so rare nowadays. Thanks Sampson.
