Outside peak holidays, we generally ship orders received before 2pm PST the same day. Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, etc.) must be received by 1pm to meet pickup times. Once a package has been delivered by shipper correctly to customers location, SRC no long is responsible for the order

If you are concerned about your order after delivery, please ask to have it signed for upon delivery
