Description
IMSA S9 Helmet Kit, straight cord — our core four-circuit road racing kit. The DIGITAL S9 mic is built for clarity in loud cars and optimized for our DIGITAL radio packages, and it works just as well on analog systems. Run your own ear buds through the 3.5mm jack, or add a pair below and we wire them in.
What comes in your order
- DIGITAL S9 microphone — clear voice pickup in high-noise environments
- Flex boom — set the mic in the best position at your mouth
- Straight cord
- 3.5mm (1/8") mono ear bud jack — plug in your own buds
- Standard IMSA four-circuit connection
- Ear buds or helmet speakers — only if you choose them below
Every kit is built and tested by SRC before it ships.

The kit is $124 on its own. Pick an upgrade and the price is added:
- No ear buds — run the kit as-is with your own buds, or add buds later
- Helmet Speakers — add $35 (speakers in the helmet instead of ear buds)
- Pro Challenger II ear buds (Made in the USA) — add $97
- Semi Custom ear buds (Made in the USA) — add $159
- Custom Ear Buds (Made in the USA) — add $224
Buds and speakers you choose here come wired into the kit.
