The SRC Boss One-Way Coaching System gives coaches a simple and reliable way to communicate with a student while they are on track. The coach talks and the student listens, allowing the driver to receive clear, real-time instruction without needing to respond or operate a radio.

Instead of waiting until the end of a session to discuss braking points, racing lines, corner entry, throttle application and track awareness, the coach can provide instruction as it happens. This helps the student make adjustments lap after lap and get more value from every track session.

Driver Equipment

The driver uses an SRC Scanner paired with either Challenger Pro Earbuds or helmet speakers. The compact scanner allows the student to hear the coach clearly while remaining focused on driving.

Because this is a one-way system, there is no Push-to-Talk button or radio operation required by the student.

Coach Equipment

The coach uses an SRC F1 5-Watt UHF 16-Channel Radio with a professional Over-the-Head (OTH) crew headset.

The coach headset includes:

• Flexible boom with noise-canceling microphone
• In-ear-dome Push-to-Talk control
• Water-resistant PTT
• Comfortable Over-the-Head design
• Clear audio designed for noisy track environments

Simply press the PTT and speak. The driver's SRC Scanner receives the coach's transmission immediately.
